We provide a online documentation library on this site.

We further recommend that you review the feature section of this site. Most features will have a tutorial available in the documentation of that feature.

Documentation is also provided as an option during installation.  However as computer programming is a very detailed and disciplined event, additional training is normally required to take advantage of all the features found in the programming environment.

Additional training is available for purchase.  Training is done over an internet connection with an instructor and a small group of students.  Sessions are limited to a class size of nine students.  Sessions are scheduled monthly.  Classes fill on a first come first served basis.  Classes are scheduled at different times of the day to accommodate the different time zone of our international clients. These classes are intended for user who possess a working knowledge of the product and wish to further their skill level. 

Training sessions are performed with a product named GoTo Meeting.  This product is Citrix based and provides a view of the instructor desktop and coding environment.  It also offers the option to see the student desktop and coding environment .

This product is very secure.  A session is initiated from the instructor's side and the student goes to the www.gotomeeting.com  website.  At the website a student can join a meeting. The student is prompted to download a small program

to the client's computer.  The sessions are very responsive if a high speed connection is available.  Sessions held on modem connection are not recommended.

SmartWare training is intended for programmers.  If end user training is desired please call for scheduling and options.  End user training is best performed injunction with the developer of the application.  Smartware does not provide training for specify applications developed on the SmartWare platform.  We can provide general end user training if class sizes justify the time and cost.

To be fair to all participating student unique situations may be addressed briefly.  An effort is made to address the unique needs of all students.  We hope to reach a balance between addressing individual needs and the needs of the group as a whole. 

If you have a singular coding problem which you wish to solve, support can be purchased on an per incident basis.  Sessions are not intended to solve the unique situation of one programmer.

Pricing is based on the level of training desired. 

The full featured, 20 hrs of curriculum of VisualSmartware package is priced at $1500.  A copy of previous classes can be purchased also.
